Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will receive an email with the door code, and it will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • No check-in office; direct access to the cabin is provided with a door code after full payment.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Fireplaces: On during October 1st - February 28th; off during March 1st - September 30th.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
  • Only dogs are permitted.
  • Guests must bring a crate.
  • Pets should not be left alone in the home unless crated.
  • Guests are required to clean up after pets.
  • Additional cleaning or repair fees will apply if there is evidence of fleas, damage, or excessive cleaning due to pets.
  • Guests must bring their own bedding to cover areas where pets lay or sleep; extra cleaning fees may apply for dog hair or odors.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog, non-refundable.
  • Vacay Protection (Cancellation Guarantee): Allows cancellation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund minus the Vacay Protection fee.
  • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional property damage. Any damages exceeding $250, or any intentional damages, will be charged to the credit card on file.

Parking Information

  • Parking available for up to four vehicles in designated spaces.
  • Accessible by motorcycle or car with level parking for four cars.
  • Paved roads provide access to the property.
  • Free parking is included.
